St.
Helen’s 2009 Polka Festival is just around the corner and as you might have
helped us have a successful festival in the past, we are looking for you to help
us this year with a donation to this year’s event.
Our
festival is successful because of sponsors like YOU!
Your contributions enable us to defray the costs of advertising and
provide desperately needed resources to our school and church.
Our Polka Festival will be held on July 10th, 11th,
and 12th 2009.
For a $50.00
contribution to St. Helen’s, your business will receive advertising via the
following avenues:

A
business card size advertisement on our placemats used at all of our events
(Friday’s Fish Fry, Saturday’s Rib dinner and Sunday’s Chicken Dinner)
·
Your
business name listed in a church bulletin flyer as part of our festival
promotion
·
A
business card size advertisement on placemats that are used at the Omega
restaurant located on
Also, we
will be holding our annual silent auction event during our 2009 festival.
We are always truly appreciative of any
donations of goods, services, gift certificates, or any other item(s) you can
contribute. These items will be
displayed boldly with your company logo listed as the benefactor and
contributor. These items go to the
highest bidder.
