Good People:
We politely request
20 seconds of your time. St. Helens is a small Milwaukee parish struggling to
procure donations for our upcoming 2008 Summer Festival. Our festival committee selected your company
as a local vendor who may be willing to help us.
These
contributions enable us to defray the costs of advertising and provide
desperately needed resources to our school and church.
Our Summer Festival will be held on July 11th, 12th,
and 13th 2008.
For a $50.00
contribution to St. Helens, your business will receive advertising via the
following avenues:

A business card size
advertisement on our placemats used at all of our events (including our popular
fish fries)
·
A business card size
advertisement in “This Week”; a local newspaper
·
A business card size
advertisement on placemats that are used at the Omega restaurant located on S.
27th Street and Morgan Avenue
Also, we will be
holding our annual silent auction event during our 2008 festival. We are always truly appreciative of any donations of goods,
services, gift certificates, or any other item(s) you can contribute. These items will be displayed boldly with
your company logo listed as the benefactor and contributor. These items go to the highest bidder.
